Quick little workout I did while on vacation! I actually managed to lose 3lbs while I was travelling by sticking to drinking shakes for breakfast and lunch, minimizing snacking, and sneaking in quick little workouts like the one below!

Check out my youtube video of a high intensity workout I did at my studio a few weeks ago. I love this workout because it’s fast, works your whole body, and burns tons of cals. Try out the pyramid style circuit next time you exercise… and make sure you fuel your bod with good food to make your workout worth it! I like to have a protein shake for breakfast and about 30 minutes after I workout.
